James O’Keefe is appearing in federal court in New York today to testify regarding the revelations made in The Truth Inside Veritas, as negotiations continue regarding his potential reacquisition of Project Veritas.
In the midst of these discussions, Project Veritas has filed a motion for a protective order aimed at restricting O’Keefe’s ability to speak publicly about the proceedings.
Ironically, their own legal filing concedes that no current conduct violates the order, but raises concerns about a ‘hypothetical’ online video that may exist.
While cameras are not permitted inside the courtroom, O'Keefe will share an update following today’s testimony.

James,
I’ve been working on something I think you’ll find highly relevant to your post referenced here—a critique of AI’s limitations, especially in fields like law. I’d love to hear your thoughts once it’s ready.
