The U.S. Attorney’s Office has officially closed its investigation into the FBI raid related to the Ashley Biden diary case. “The Government respectfully submits this letter to notify the Court that the grand jury investigation that led to the charges in United States v. Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander, No. 22 Cr. 457 (LTS), and the issuance of the above-referenced search warrants has concluded... no additional criminal charges are forthcoming,” states a letter submitted to Judge Analisa Torres of the Southern District of New York by Attorney Danielle R. Sassoon.
This follows a prolonged legal battle led by James O'Keefe, who, with support from attorneys Brian Hauss and Brett Kaufman of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), previously sued to unseal the search warrant materials related to the November 5, 2021, raid at his home.
“The Government has no objection to unsealing the Search Warrant Materials with redactions to protect third party privacy and law enforcement interests,” the letter adds. These materials include “the search warrant application, supporting affidavit, return, and any other judicial documents filed in connection with the November 5, 2021 search warrant.” In a candid conversation, Attorney Jeff Lichtman emphasized the rare nature of unsealing a search warrant and affidavit, stating he has only seen it "ten times in probably thirty plus years.”
Once the court approves the redactions, the government will file the documents, offering the public to see probable cause, or lack thereof, upon the basis in which the search warrant was obtained to conduct the raids. Contingent upon the contents of the affidavit, O'Keefe may choose to pursue legal action against the DOJ for a potential violation of First Amendment rights.
“The truth is, we don't let them [secretaries] get in our way,” admits Brandon Wright, Platform Services Manager for the Department of Homeland Security, on hidden camera, to an undercover O'Keefe Media Group Journalist. Drawing an analogy to a septic tank, Wright described the multi-layered bureaucracy within DHS: “There’s a lot of layers, like [in] government… By the time the actual marching orders get to me and below, we can filter it in a way that steadies the ship.”
“If we don’t agree with those priorities,” he said, noting executing orders often involves deceptively construing priorities set by political appointees to make them more practical and less disruptive, adding, “there’s a lot of room for interpretation.”
When discussing Kristi Noem’s role as the Trump-appointed DHS Secretary, Wright didn’t mince words on his opinions over Noem’s qualifications for the position. “Kristi Noem doesn’t know… She doesn’t know her ass,” he remarked, adding, ...

"It is the policy of the United States to recognize two sexes, male and female. These sexes are not changeable and are grounded in fundamental and incontrovertible reality," declared Donald Trump, in an executive order implemented to restrict the teaching of a concept known as "gender identity.” An exclusive audio obtained by the Citizen Journalism Foundation reveals Marana High School Physics teacher Les Beard openly defying the Trump-era executive order by instructing students on the existence of more than two genders.
During the class, Beard introduced androgen immunodeficiency syndrome (AIS), stating, “all of them [individuals with AIS] have an XY chromosome.” He went on to explain how traditional males “have an XY chromosome,” and continued with, “all the females have XX chromosomes.” According to the NIH, "Complete Androgen insensitivity syndrome is a rare disorder affecting 2–5 per 100,000 genetically male indivuals," with Beard misleading students by contradicting ...
This comes after OMG's release of audio from an anonymous source that revealed Beard instructed students on more than two genders, in defiance of a Trump executive order.
