"You are on notice. You either say these things openly and publicly, or we catch you on tape," asserts James O'Keefe while confronting Byron Cohen, an advisor at the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, after O'Keefe Media Group released undercover footage showing Cohen admitting that ‘the deep state is real.’
O'Keefe pressed Cohen to clarify his earlier comments about the bureaucratic structure, which Cohen claimed operates by "creating commissions" to protect “its own interests.” Cohen responded defensively, saying, “I’m not really interested in having this conversation.” O'Keefe replied, “You’ve already had the conversation. I have it all recorded.”
Despite Byron’s attempt to deflect, O'Keefe continued questioning his views on the bureaucracy. O'Keefe asked whether it was a “good thing” for the bureaucracy to operate as Cohen had described, to which Cohen responded, “In general, the bureaucracy ought to implement the policies of the elected leaders.” He added that the bureaucracy also has a responsibility to “advise our elected leaders as best they can,” noting that only the “top levels” of the civil service were political appointees.
O’Keefe concluded, “I think you’ve provided some clarity, so I thank you very much for that.” Cohen, visibly shocked, began to waddle away, but O'Keefe made a final remark: “Bureaucrats in Washington, you’re on notice… We’re going to be recording you.”

Matt Kim says the line between journalism and activism isn’t a flaw, it’s the point.
“Real journalism is actually activism,” Kim explains. “There is a scarcity of real journalists in the world… fighting for truth is not easy. You have to be passionate about it."
He continues: “You have to be an activist to do the right thing, to not fall in line with how non-journalists typically operate.”
This isn’t about chasing clicks. It’s about standing firm in truth, even when no one else will.

“They took my phone. Searched everything. Checked for wires. One guy pointed his pistol to his own head, like, ‘This is what happens if you mess up.’”
Rubin says they missed the GoPro, hidden in his waistband, and the footage made it out.

While knocking on doors in Georgia, Anthony Rubin says non-citizens openly admitted they were registered to vote, on camera.
Rubin explains, “We published it. It went megaviral. Elon Musk even pinned it.”
But instead of investigating, Georgia Republican officials handed the non-citizens addresses to legacy media, who turned it into a hit piece portraying illegal voters as victims.
James O'Keefe asks, “Why would Republicans play footsie with the New York Times?”

According to Congresswoman Luna, “I want to thank O’Keefe Media Group for bringing this to light. I will be calling on Chairman Comer to launch a congressional hearing to ensure the American people are informed and that Johnson & Johnson is held fully accountable.”
The company has still not responded to OMG's request for comment.
According to an HHS spokesperson, “Even during a public health emergency, pharmaceutical companies are still required to follow strict protocols for clinical testing. For emergency use, companies must show that the benefits clearly outweigh the risks. Oversight doesn’t stop at approval — the FDA and other agencies also monitor products closely once they’re in use… HHS remains committed to full transparency and evidence-based oversight — putting the safety of the American people first.”
