A high-level source within the U.S. Bureau of Prisons has released a series of internal documents detailing a controversial proposal by the BOP to reclassify child exploitation offenses from "high severity" to "low severity." Additionally, the new policy would classify terrorism-related offenses for female inmates as “low security” and animal cruelty as a “low-moderate” offense.
These changes stem from a draft of the Security Designation and Custody Classification Manual, signed by BOP Director Colette S. Peters. The proposal, outlined in a memo dated January 6, 2025, from Christopher Wade, Chief Labor Relations Officer, to Jennifer Hinton, Labor Relations Specialist, is now under union review. Union leaders are soliciting feedback, but unless the union intervenes, the BOP has the authority to implement this policy unilaterally.
The source who provided these internal BOP documents went on to disclose further concerning details about the agency's internal struggles stating, "I can say with absolute certainty that the BOP is an agency in an existential crisis," emphasizing concern for the agency’s effectiveness and future direction.
On Saturday, September 21st, 2024, Vermont State Trooper Daniel Bohnyak detained me for asking for comment on Border Patrol Agent Zachary Apotheker being retaliated against for detailing how underage girls are being sent to unknown locations without proper biometrics and MS-13 gang members are receiving free healthcare, in the film "Line in the Sand."
Today we salute you, Sophie Clark of Newsweek, for CORRECTING the false narrative that I "was not detained" by Vermont State Police.
After releasing a correction acknowledging that Vermont State Police did detain me, backed by video evidence of the Vermont State Trooper saying "You are not free to leave," your journalism has finally caught up with the facts.
All this could have been avoided if we just stick to the facts! Next time, try getting it right the first time.

The documents, addressed to Dr. Paul D. Kim of the Veterans Health Administration’s Office of Emergency Management, detail a formal appeal for paramedics, emergency nurses, and doctors.
When questioned by James O’Keefe about if it was typical for the Office of Emergency Management to administer this kind of memorandum for previous inaugurations, Derrick Jaastad, the Executive Director for the VHA Office of Emergency Management, said, “I was not with the organization, so I can’t speak to that.
Directed to speak with Public Affairs Specialist Kurt M. Rauschenberg, an OMG Journalist, asked if the deployment of medical personnel by HHS was typical for a presidential inauguration. Similar to Jaastad’s ...
