Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell recently sent a legal letter threatening OMG over our citizen journalism efforts, claiming that our hidden camera investigations could constitute as "election interference." However, our attorneys have responded, making it clear that overseeing and reporting on the election process is not interference—it’s the essence of journalism and accountability. As our attorney Benjamin Barr said, "Labeling recordings interference is like suggesting ears cause trouble. Sometimes the First Amendment just means listening."
We refuse to allow officials like Rachel Mitchell and Joseph E. La Rue to misinterpret the First Amendment and threaten independent journalism. Our legal team calls for Maricopa County to "welcome, not scold, citizen journalists and observers as part of its commitment to civilian oversight today."
With figures like CBS's David Becker urging us to "trust official sources," it's clear that pushing for full transparency and oversight is more crucial than ever. Legacy media and government forces may try to silence us, but we won't back down.
"I knew something was very wrong."
Matt Kim recounts how he was offered money to promote political narratives, from the border to Israel, especially during campaign season, even after saying no.
“They said, ‘Can you just sign it? We’ll just send you the money anyway.’”
The message was clear, James O’Keefe says: “Once you sacrifice your soul to one degree, then they have you.”

“We're a country drowning in debt.”
Matt Kim breaks down why America’s spending can’t be solved with more empty promises, even from presidents with the best intentions.
“Trump said America First… and I believe he truly thinks he’s doing what’s best for the country,” Kim says. “But every president says, ‘I want to fix the debt crisis,’ then comes in with an agenda to be remembered by the history books.”
He imagines a leader with radical restraint: “At some point, someone will say, ‘My goal for the next four years is I’m just not going to spend any money."
But in Kim’s view, the problem runs deeper than dollars. “You can’t do all these things until you remove the deep state first."
This is more than budget math, it's about confronting a system built to resist change.

According to Congresswoman Luna, “I want to thank O’Keefe Media Group for bringing this to light. I will be calling on Chairman Comer to launch a congressional hearing to ensure the American people are informed and that Johnson & Johnson is held fully accountable.”
The company has still not responded to OMG's request for comment.
According to an HHS spokesperson, “Even during a public health emergency, pharmaceutical companies are still required to follow strict protocols for clinical testing. For emergency use, companies must show that the benefits clearly outweigh the risks. Oversight doesn’t stop at approval — the FDA and other agencies also monitor products closely once they’re in use… HHS remains committed to full transparency and evidence-based oversight — putting the safety of the American people first.”
